We want to be crystal clear about what we never collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone, address)
• Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, device fingerprint)
• Location data (GPS, IP-based location)
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• Task content, notes, or any app data you create
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
• Financial or payment information
• Health or sensitive personal data

The app functions fully without an internet connection and does not require any permissions beyond local storage to deliver its complete feature set.

All data generated through your use of TaskFlow — including your tasks, categories, streak count, earned points, level progress, and calendar entries — is stored locally on your device only.

This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any cloud service controlled by us, not synced to external servers, and not accessible by anyone other than you through your own device.

If you uninstall the app or clear app data, all stored information is permanently deleted from your device. We have no copy of it.

TaskFlow does not communicate with any external servers or third-party services during normal operation. The app does not use:

• Analytics SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Crash reporting services that transmit device data
• Advertising networks or ad tracking
• Social login providers (Google, Facebook, Apple)
• Cloud sync services

The Smart Calendar Integration feature works entirely with your device's local calendar system and does not connect to external calendar servers through our infrastructure.

TaskFlow is safe for users of all ages. Because we collect absolutely no personal data from anyone, there is no risk of children's data being collected, stored, or shared.

TaskFlow complies with children's privacy regulations including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar laws globally — not merely by policy, but by design: zero data collection means zero risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable regulations. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of TaskFlow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Since we collect no data, any changes will only ever affect how we describe our privacy practices — not what data we hold about you.
